Last time I was writing up her nickname, Yuuaz Nurse, I had barely more than a brief encounter to go on. She just went through the room now, checking temperatures, asking questions (no blood pressure though) about pain and shit (well, it’s a common thing here, demashita? Being a common question here, roughly translating to were you able to go, but really more like did it come out). Even before she came to my curtain side I heard the cheeriness in her voice, and the pleasant way she talked to the other patients, talking about the coming typhoon etc. Then she pulled back my curtain and was the Yuuaz Nurse. And she’s just so friendly, talking about my working on the computer early morning meant I would be sleeping in the afternoon. She smiled when she left, a pleasant uplift in her cheeks and eyes.
