Last time I was in the hospital, or the last days, he became a person I was kind of afraid of. Today it was the old Joyman, full of good humor and easy to talk to. He has his head shaved, so the Joyman look is kind of muted, but it’s too late, Joyman he was and Joyman he’ll stay. I guess he has a big personality like the Frontliners, but when he’s on his game he deploys it more skillfully. He’s funnier. Joyman! When I asked him if the hospital could possibly give out wasabi (needs the wasabi for my somen), he said he couldn’t imagine a hospital that would do that and we got to talking about that in a light bantering way that made the whole encounter a… joy?
Still, when he left I didn’t even think to ask for a cold pillow. Don’t want to get on the man’s bad side. Seriously, I am afraid of him that way. I don’t think he’s a Punchclocker. He looks to ambitious for that. He’s busy because he has important things to do. So the goal is very simple: don’t get on the man’s bad side. Especially when he has important things to do. And maybe everything will be cool.
Na-na-na-naa Na-na-na-naa.
And as always, but I don't say it enough, if you don't understand a reference or are curious about any of the people or some strange words mentioned, please ask and I will find the posts about them and present them to you. Well, you and everybody.
